Coworking space for enterprises and GCCs
The enterprise question is not whether a coworking space is cheaper. It is whether a team of 2,000+ people can run out of a shared building without it feeling shared, and whether the space still works in three years when the headcount has doubled.

The managed office, and what it replaces
A managed office is a floor or a defined block inside a hub that your company runs: your own rooms, your own furniture, your own reception, your own security and your own services, with the building's infrastructure and the hub's community around it.
It replaces the fit-out, the furniture, the internet contract, the power and cooling arrangements, the reception staff, the housekeeping rota and the landlord relationship. It does not replace your own people, your own systems or your own security policy, and any vendor who says otherwise is selling something else.
When a managed office is the wrong answer
A managed office is a poor fit if your team needs a floor plate and cannot be split across levels, if you have specialist facilities such as a lab or a heavy server room, if your security model requires single-tenant control of the building, or if your growth is genuinely unpredictable enough that a multi-year commitment is uncomfortable.
For those cases, a private suite within a hub is usually the middle step, and a conventional lease is usually the right one.
What a GCC needs from the building
Global capability centres are held to their home-market standards while running on Indian costs, and the gap between the two shows up in the building before it shows up anywhere else.
- Redundant internet and power, with the failover tested rather than assumed.
- Meeting rooms that can carry a full team plus a client, and bookable without a spreadsheet.
- Cabins and rooms that take a video call properly, with light and sound that hold up.
- A location near the talent pool, and safe for staff who travel in after dark.
- Security, access control and visitor handling that a compliance team can sign off.
- Expansion space on the same site, so a new team does not mean a new building.
The network across cities
IA Spaces runs 40+ hubs across 25+ cities, so a company can place a second or third team without renegotiating from scratch. India Accelerator sits behind the network, which matters when the people you are hiring want to move between cities and keep the same setup.
How to start
Enterprise enquiries take a conversation rather than a form. Send the team your team size, the city, the timing and any facility requirements, and ask for a tour of the space you are considering.
Call +91 80313 22007, email info@iaspaces.co, or message the team on WhatsApp at +91 99588 83989. You can also see what the space looks like on the amenities page before you get there.
Questions
What is a managed office space?
It is a defined area inside a coworking hub that a company runs as its own: its own rooms and furniture, with the building's infrastructure, reception and services handled for you. It removes fit-out and running costs without giving up day-to-day control of the space.
Can a GCC set up in an IA Spaces hub?
Yes. IA Spaces operates hubs across multiple cities, and the team works with companies placing larger teams. Send your team size, city and any facility requirements and ask for a tour of the specific space you are considering.
How is a managed office different from a private suite?
A private suite is a room within a shared floor. A managed office is a defined block that your company runs itself, with its own reception and services. The second suits a larger team that wants control; the first suits a team that wants the flexibility.
Do enterprise memberships include meeting rooms?
That depends on the arrangement, so ask for it in the quote rather than assuming. Some include credits and some are booked by the hour. Ask how many hours are included and how additional rooms are charged.
